MTV Taps Haynes For Development Role June 27, 2008

Brent Haynes has been hired as MTV's east coast senior VP of series development. Haynes will be based in the network's New York office and will report to MTV senior VP of series development Liz Gately. Haynes will oversee the east coast office's development and production and his projects will complement the work of Maira Suro, MTV's west coast senior VP of series development.
Previously, Haynes served as VP at Canada's sci-fi channel, Space. Prior to that at The Comedy Network, he served as development and production executive and worked in program acquisitions and program supervision.
